The Primary Goal of
the Department is to protect at all times the health of the citizens we serve
by proper treatment, storage and distribution of drinking water, and by
proper collection and treatment of wastewater before it is returned to the
environment.

The Utilities Department is composed of five
divisions. All of these divisions work together to insure that the water we
drink and the wastewater we treat meet all the strict governmental
regulations.
