 The Community Development Department consists of the following divisions: Planning and Zoning; Building Inspections; Code Enforcement; the Main Street Program; Historic Preservation; the Municipal Airport; Grants; Enterprise Zone; and Vendor and Special Events Permitting. The Department is located in the City Hall Annex at 150 1st Street S.E., and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
