Paris Historic Preservation Commission and Paris Main Street continue to support commercial and residential district growth.

Paris Historic Preservation's façade grant program (PDF) that is a 50/50 matching grant up to $2500 for facade improvements.
City of Paris tax exemption (PDF) program is an incentive program for facade restorations and improvements over $10,000.
In 2012 Paris Main Street Program developed Paris Main Street BIG Program (PDF) to assist property owners and in some cases tenants with improvements to their buildings located in Paris historic district. The goal of the grant is to incentivize and encourage economic vitality to the district. Donations are accepted and tax deductible.
Paris Main Street program is recognized as a 2021 National Main Street City by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Texas Main Street Program. Many people work behind the scenes to make this prestigious award become possible.
