Farmers Market Vendor Guidelines


Mission Statement:

  • Bring fresh, local food items to the public.
  • Provide local farmers and producers a place to sell their goods.
  • To ensure at least 75% of all agriculture products sold are grown in Texas.
  • To be a hub of activity and thereby enliven the downtown commercial district.

Artist works is reviewed and must be approved before setting up at the market.. Please read vendor guidelines for more details.

The Health Department is our partner in helping provide fresh and local foods. Please see the links below if you are selling eggs or meat.

All vendor who wish to sell items that qualify under the Texas Cottage Food Laws must have a valid current Texas Food Handlers certificate on file with the City of Paris.
