City of Paris Boards and Commissions

The City Council calls on the public to help guide the city through volunteer service on Boards and Commissions. These groups enable citizens to participate in city government processes, help shape and influence public policy, and provide a more diverse viewpoint for the City Council to consider. The City Council appoints members to boards and commissions and encourages interested citizens to apply to serve.

Applicants Requirements

Be residents of the City of Paris, Texas, unless the authorizing ordinance or law creating a board or commission specifically states otherwise
Be willing to attend the regularly scheduled meetings of the board or commission
Be a registered voter with the same residency address submitted on the application
