The 5 in 5 infill development program is an initiative of the City of Paris to incentivize and encourage new infill development. The program focuses on areas of the city that hold great potential for improving the surrounding neighborhood.
Four primary incentives are associated with the program under specific conditions.
- Low-cost tax forfeit lots to be sold for $1 to builders and/or investors.
- A five-year one hundred percent tax abatement on newly constructed homes.
- Reduced building plan review and permit fees.
- Reduced water and sewer labor tap fees.
